Hello ASL Heroes!!! Hey, I could really use your help. If you’ve enjoyed having access to an expert in ASL you can help me continue my work for you. A small monthly donation from you would instantly make a big difference here at the studio because teachers don’t earn much and I could use some help paying for server and domain hosting for Lifeprint.com. Right now you can help out a humble (not to mention kind, caring, generous, compassionate, helpful, friendly, fair, and hard-working) ASL teacher -- just go here and a few clicks later you too will be a true “ASL Hero!” www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=64QMBRBXQSV6G For more donation options, see: Lifeprint.com/donate Thanks! - Dr. Bill

Just learned "Look-forward-to" as a version of See, and "from-time-to-time", the ASL reverse dictionary is very helpful in reviewing/retrieving signs. I kind of remember "Accept" being used for "receptive". And with more practice the more my brain tells me what the fingerspelled words are, even if I completely miss reading them manually, just have to work on confidence~~
That's another thing that feedback helps with, referencing that extra video about video teaching with an interactive component. After watching them talk about speech therapy on Switched at Birth, thinking about it, I can talk simply because of feedback leading to optimization of shapes and spaces, it's just that simple. Once my nephew complained that he couldn't catch a ball, so for the next five minutes I had him throw it to me and kept bringing it back to his hand saying "trust that it will come back" and I started letting it go before it was in his hand and kept increasing the distance it was in the air, well in that short amount of time he was catching the ball from across the room and he could usually catch anything after that.
What's the direction of causality of Meniere's vs TMJ, a dentist caused me TMJ when I was 16, and whenever sign "Knocked-for-a-loop" with the head motion it does a number on me.

Suppose I'm really bad at painting my fingernails, but I keep practicing and improve (progress-along-arm) what color is my arm now?
