Good explanation. RMC plants can give good prices because their cost of any material is much cheaper than what we get at home. 50% of the cost in the mix is cement. We get cement at at 7000/ton (7/kg) while the bulk storage of cement in tankers is 3500/- ton only. Similarly sand and concrete will also be 20-30% cheaper.

I would like to express some points....
For 11 cubic meter do you think readymix will provide pump for free....
And you explained the mix design as pure OPC.... At 5000 I feel M-20 grade nobody can Give.... They will use their mix design(opc + ppc) or (opc+flyash)
I won't go deep into which one is better....
What about the slump and time of travel....
Please explain....
