The progress of this band since the start. Wow!
an underrated song
4:00 words cannot describe how beautiful this is
For real!
Wow Amazing Song ❤
One of my favorite songs in all of rock music
Me encanta esta canción ❤️ larga vida a The Horrors
i absolutely love the first part with tom looking for something in specific
Memory revolving
The fear of letting go
The arrow of acceptance
The moment when you know, you know, you know
And when the answers only divide
When you never question the doubts in your mind
When the distance grows but the end is in sight
Nothing left to lose when there's nothing left to find
Now, all that's left behind
Something to remember me by
Oh, the fear, the slow divide
Something to remember me by, by
All the silent signs
Something to remember me by
Two sides, a double life
Something to remember me by, by
I've gone too far this time
But chances come and go
You say that I believe my lies
But now you'll never know, you know you won't
And when the answers only divide
Walking in a crowd and I leave you behind
Back into the dark with the lions of night
Nothing left to lose when there's nothing left to find
Now, all that's left behind
Something to remember me by
Oh, the fear, the slow divide
Something to remember me by, by
All the silent signs
Something to remember me by
Two sides, a double life
Something to remember me by, by
Now, all that's left behind
Now, the fear, the slow divide
Seeing all the silent signs
Something to remember me by
Now, all that's left behind
Now, the fear, the slow divide
Seeing all the silent signs
Something to remember me by, by
Something to remember me by, by
Something to remember me by, by
My life a few years ago... right in those lyrics :-(
What a great song. I cant describe how this song makes me feel.
Outstanding. The drums are simply brilliant.
Man, I was thinking the same. He's finessing the hell out of it. Nice dynamics.
This song has the potential to be iconic like “Heroes”
Do U even know how much we love that song? how can a song be so beautiful?
Nazrul Islam agreeeeeee
💐🌹🤎
Agreed 👍
Otrooo niveeeell.. Desde Primary Colours.. amor incondicional!!
i love this part 4:00
Luis m3861 me too luis..me too
The sound is amazing
Me too, reminds me a bit of a good armin van buuren track for a few seconds
Thanks KEXP! LOVE this 🖤🖤🖤🎸
my favorite song of this band !! a CLASSIC
Discovered them in 2018 when they were the support act for Suede I wish I'd known them sooner. Defo an 80s feel to them. Can't get enough of them
i was waiting for that for so long. yeah
Jam of the decade, damn.
Los amo 🖤
Amo a esta banda desde la prepa!!!
Kudos to the audio engineer
I really need to listen to more of these guys...
80s alternative vibe to it
This is awesome. Everyone saying the vocals are weak clearly doesn't have a comprehension of live performance vs studio environment
Cool!! Me encanta esta banda tan chingona :3
they are the best ... thanks horrors for remember me that there is good music yet
De mis bandas favoritas en vivo.
Amo esa rola
I LOVE YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!!!
Maravillosa canción... bajo.. guitarra y batería perfecta
Oh man, I love The Horrors. I can't believe they haven't fixed Faris' voice issues on live performances. Still my second favourite band on the run. Keep it on guys!
Don't be coy,who is your first?
@@vandolmatzis8146 Tame Impala
@@eduardosotomonte6943 lol good choice,thanks.
@@vandolmatzis8146 cheers, mate!
their last performance at Croc the Rock Festival (Switzerland) 3 hours ago was devastating. The new songs are so much better live. I can die happy now.
VERY pissed off they've been and gone in the States and i've missed it. Come back ya little horrors!!!
Hermosa Cancion,Excelente Banda Los Horrors siempre seran parte del soundtrack de mi vida.
I will damage my brain by repeating this song but i won't give up listening!)
Beautiful.
SOOOO GOOD!
Para escuchar una y otra vez! Perfecta!
Me dan un buen feeling ♥️🎧🎤
Los amo
Roll-on!!! 😍😍😍
Awesome song. Would love to see them live, they sound well tight.
Cuanto ama mi hija su música 🤩
Christ, they're impressive. They're still the same band but so damn much more!! Bravo!!
great band
perfect.
too much beautiful
The horrooooorrrrssss 🖤
Tom Furse is a genius 🖤
Rolón!
josh's sound is great
Such a spacey Balearic vibe on this track my fave from V album. A rockier take on it live. Cool stuff.
I remember the Horrors
I think the "weak voice" everyone's talking about can be attributed to a cold--but they still sound great, IMO
♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Vocals out of a post-punk goth album..Terrific track!
This is synthpop and i love it.
Cool 😎
🤩
Needs a Thin White Duke remix.
Sometimes I feel like the horrors are the rebirth of Joy Division
Not a bad shout
This song is far beyond….
Oh my goodness.
Its funny how nobody else noticed he messed up the verse at 2:28. Instead of singing the line " walking in a crowd and i leave you behind" he repeats the first verse "when you never question the doubts in your mind?"and you can also tell he sings it in a very unsure sort of way, Ironic how he said that line having forgotten the actual lyrics. Lol
So when in doubt, dont question it basically 😂
Even if its something important like remembering a lyric. Still love the band obviously, just thought i should point that out. He must've been stoned out of his wits.
BANDOTA!
The vocals are kinda weaker than i'd expect, but the rest of the band is just amaaaaazing!
His vocals are terrible live, always have been
he's the only one who performs live here. Plus the solo guitar at the end of the song.
@@MrOrdinar bass, drums and guitar are all live, only the synths are sampled
@@MrOrdinar bollox
Temarrako,,,,,,,,,
5:52 🤩😍🤩😍🤩😍🤩
neverending stooooooryyyy 😂
Houston we got 16 idiots repeat we got 16 idiots and they can increase repeat they can increase
roger that ... only one idiot since your last report captain,
keep flying
The dude on the keyboards should be in Depeche Mode. Blow some life in them again.
I hear a post-punk Human League on this cut. Whatever, they sound superb.
Does it remind anyone of the Psychedelic Furs/Human League?, this band has such a variety of styles
Sound engineers should have worked their magic on vocals, indeed.
Odd what a person's mind does just randomly in association. I call this Arya Stark's song from Game of Thrones because the song came out when Arya had come into her own as an assassin of the Faceless one happily exacting revenge on those who orchestrated the Red Wedding, putting an end to Little Finger etc.
A introdução parece 'Baba O'riley' do WHO, depois parece New Order e Joy Division. Esperava algo novo.
I can't undertand what you've said.. but I get it
Hi Arya, I meant: ' the intro seems like 'Baba O'riley of the Who, afterwards it seems New Order and Joy Division. I expected something new>' Ok?
The music is just the way it is, the fact that you expected something groundbreaking... That's up to you. Stop comparing them to other bands, please, don't screw it up.
No.
Tienes toda la razón! No lo había notado!
💄
Faris reminds me of Ric Ocasek
Faris' voice was kinda weak, but the band was flawless.
No English-speaking, nobody cares.
@@megacrue28 I would prefer to "nobody cares" spirit as that's what we nowadays lack of. So, pedulik pulak aku, aku nak enjoy lagu je la anat!
Best song of album , great band performance but vocal sounds and looks like he was high ......
Remember "Interpol".
Imo I guess it just for aesthetic sounding like joy Division and stuff like that. Vocals wasn't that good back than but everyone seemed to enjoy that anyway bc it creates sort of an identity
Note: if you notice at the ending there is a distortion which was made on purpose. Even if he was singing perfectly it would still be sounding out of tune.
This song is totally fine. Like a New Order album track. I have a feeling they will never write anything equivalent to a New Order single.
I like this but the rest of their songs aren't like this
Is this the same vocalist of The Strokes?
Eduardo Rodríguez Toledo nope. Julian Casablancas = the strokes singer. The Horrors guy is called Faris Badwan.
@@hornyalien467 Thank you my friend!!
Lmfao
A poor man's killing joke.
Why he still sings like that after all these years on stage? Still bad mixing fault? Or sound engineer just cannot set up their sound correctly every fokin time?
Suenan terrible en vivo lol
Great instrumental performance by the band, but those vocals are pretty terrible. Sounds like he’s trying to over sing every word and the chorus is just atrocious. It’s baffling to know that’s the same singer from the studio album performance.
an underrated song
