When I was in Marrakesh in October, the apartment I stayed in had a faucet that automatically used just the right amount of water when you flipped up the lever. If you wanted more, it just took a slightly more forcelful push up. I thought it was the most fabulous idea bc I find most faucets too easily use way too much.
Ok I need a link to that sliding door screen! I want one!
Im 74yo. When I was in Brownies we made candies for the senior homes at Xmas time consisting of peanut butter inside dates rolled in granulated sugar. We made little packages wrapped in foil and ribbons. I never forgot that recipe.
Where did you guys buy that screen for the sliding door? It's amazing. I've been looking for a solution for mosquitoes & flies for a while now.
I like you guys and your style. I would like to see, however, an open design with NO divisions. Divisions don't make any sense to me in such a small space. I love your slide out bed idea. Perfect! Maybe a slide out from the rear of the van instead of the side of the van? Open showers breathe better and save space. Shower pan incorporated into the floor of the van is the best in my opinion. I like the sky light! Don't care for windows. Stealthy and better insulated. I also like an open driver and passenger with comfortable swivel chairs that converts into dinning space or office. I know the heat and cold comes from that area, but maybe come up with an idea to keep it open. Quality window covers! Having said all that, I know you only can do what your customer asks for. Keep up the good work!
Do a split back cushion, in case you only want to open just one side of the back door. As long as the cats approve 😊

Lol the perfect drip in the sink is why I got a Whale footpump. LOVED that thing. Saved me so much time and water.
Roll the bed to one side, and then unroll the still made bed. 😊
Or, roll / fold the bed backwards.😊
Or put the store box on wheels and pull it forward and out from under the still made bed. 😊

for your anniversary, go crazy and get two sets of earplugs and sleeping masks!! Not sure if you guys eat much refried beans, but the typical canned vegetarian ones are really good. And I think they are among the best, dense 'bang for the buck' proteins out there. We've always had them at restaurants (I realize they use lard but we sort of don't ask, don't tell), but it only recently occurred to me to try some from the grocery store.

Hi guys, I’m very inspired by your projects. Can I ask you why you went for a permanent shower instead of the previous curtain system?
Mainly that we had space in this larger wheelbase and didn’t find ourselves using the convertible one that much while we traveled. It takes a decent amount of time to dry and we didn’t have access to our fridge or the cab when it was hanging up. We also stay pretty active on the road and shower almost daily with this setup!
What fridge do you guys have 🙂

Can you make japanese style room or capsule hotel kind of style? Minimal furniture and more open space?
