I live by the sea and your so right Nadia ....I just don't go so much and I'm literally 1 minute by foot ..yet when I sit watching the sunset I feel this complete calm! I'm going to have to go more often.❤🙏

As a child, going shopping for my mother the list would say, 2lbs of greens... Then I'd tuck in at tea time only to discover I'd bought brussel tops.. Yuck!! Took me ages to say to the green grocer, spring greens or cabbage..
