I would love to use this spreadsheet. I just took and passed my Brokers exam in Kentucky on the first try
with VERY high scores that auditors said were far above average. I learned the answers to most of the questions right here on The Real Estate Classroom!!! what if you are using an S-Corp?
It still works for an scorp. The spreadsheet is for cash basis so its just money in and money out
