Twins are meant to feel each other's feelings and think each other's thoughts. When one half of the twins are in any sort of danger or trouble then the other one will know.
How could Jade not feel her twin sister Kirsty was drowning in the water. They're twins and twins born together on the same day of their birthday should be able to feel if the other twin half is in any sign of danger or trouble.
My almost six year old twin son Robert knows if his twin sister Sarah needs him. He feels it and thinks it. Because they're twins who have twin hearts. If Robert feels his heart and if there is any twin sign his sister needs him he'll go to her.
You see my twins they always look out for each other. Robert is quite the protective twin brother who protects his twin sister. He loves her that much that he knows if she's been hurt or bullied anything at all his little twin heart and twin thinking mind will let him know in a sign that Sarah needs him.
Why Jade couldn't feel in her twin heart and head that Kirsty needed her. It's the twin connection between twin brothers or twin sisters or twin brother and sister.
Unless they're not actually twins but were switched somehow. I see Laura will very soon be part of a twin switch at birth storyline involving Jade, Laura and Kirsty.
