Great views. Thanks for sharing your VT trip. The Cabri G2 is a Fantastic helicopter. You thoroughly covered it and I didn't realize all those wonderful features. Thanks for that great review of the G2!
Brother this is a nice little chopper it looks like the bigger models but it's compact to feel like a personal helicopter. Who wouldn't be proud to own one of these. Good video!!
Nice review! The Cabri uses more of the O-360 engines power compared to the R22 as it as a three bladed rotor system which has additional drag compared to a two bladed rotor system. I worked on 9USG for the R22 and the Cabri specs show 10USG which one would expect with the extra power being utilized in the cruise. Surprised the rotor brake isn’t covered in leather or something to break the edges. Wonder if Cabri will ever offer an impact resistant windshield like Robinson is now offering? I have a bad bird strike in a Jetranger. A small falcon did a huge amount of damage to the front of the Jetranger. I will take the upgraded windshield for sure. I know an instructor that was killed in an R22 hitting a large bird like a stork/heron which took out the tail rotor. So the Fenestron would have been a non issue being shrouded provided the impact was from the front and not side on.
You can see both attention to detail and design in this helo. It has flight characteristics I would describe as docile. That's why students do so well in it and why they love it. You fly a different helo the differences can be significant and in some cases potentially life threatening if they catch you by surprise. You may be hot stuff in this helo and a novice in any other.
It really seems like a great trainer between the 22 to 44 for size and price an hour, to bad not many places in states have them, as readily available. have heard very roomy and glass cockpit ,and visibility is awesome. How does it auto and quick stop etc compared to 22. Do u still occasionally put in wrong tail rotor pedal adjustments ? Is there a reason why new company you are at picked the cabri iver robinson?better handling in mountains etc?
I;m a big fan of it! Ive got videos coming out today of me doing autos in it! The reason I switched to the cabri from the robinson is due to a change in job!
What's a perfect shame is the use of a carburator... The first Lycoming fuel engine fire up over 60 years ago, it looks like it has been tested well enough to convince all aircraft manufacturers to ditch the carburetor
You’ve single-handedly made me love this aircraft.
The best thing for me is the cyclic is where it should be !
Love the Cabri G2. I am currently training in it now for my PPL. Super fun, well mannered machine.
are you getting your rotorcraft rating for personal use or for a career?

Hi Devin, nice video.
I can confirm, the G2 is a wonderful machine on which I passed my PPL-H.
Enjoy your flights, waiting for more videos.

So this is the second video you made on the early morning mountain flight.

I’ve been waiting for this video how’s the room inside with a passenger
So much space!
Hi, nice Video what is that app called? Keep it up
Found it! G2 Weight and Balance
You don’t hear much about the Cabri anymore. Just the useful load doesn’t work for us bigger folks. But great aircraft.
I can not find that App, do you know if it is still available?
Hi! Whats your camera?
i want one😁

Im a big boy so id probably never be able to fly with a passenger, lol.

I´m training on a jetranger. In comparisonn to the Jetranger the Cabri is like a Moped
