4:05 "Snezhevna" is actually a surname used to identify female members of the House (example Lynette Snezhevna) while the male counterpart is "Snezhavich" (example Lyney Snezhavich and Freminet Snezhavich)
there's actually a hidden world quest in Inazuma that explains this in detail (plus Arlecchino crumbs back when Inazuma was still the latest region at the time), but you have to do a specific routine in order to trigger that certain quest
plus there a sumeru quest where we can fight a fatui Snezhavich (did it yersterday lmao)
there was a side sumeru aranara quest that explained it too, i don’t remember the inazuma one but i remember the aranara one

@@starrykuns other than meeting another House member, it doesn't really explain anything since that's pretty much the only thing i got from him (unless i'm missing something when i played the quest, do tell 🤸♂️)

Out of all demos so far, Arlecchino's is the smoothest one like- the way she snaps and then the music drops ✨✨
House of the Hearth uses the Russian practice of using patronymic surnames (surnames based on their "Father's" name). The patronymic surnames Snezhevich and Snezhevna mean "Son of Snow" and "Daughter of Snow" respectively and these are the surnames of the orphans of the House of the Hearth, implying that due to them being orphans, their "Father" is the Snow.

After playing her story quest the start of her Demo makes SO much sense too
I got Arlecchino then lost on her weapon banner to lyney's bow...
Same, won father in 20 pulls, first time pulling on the weapon it turned gold just to be Lyneys bow then lost again in 40.
I was watching some new players playing genshin and apparently the cicin mage named katarina in the chasm's last name is snezhevna so they might've been in the same unit :((

Freminet is only 10 or 11 years younger than arle do with that what y'all want but I don't think that makes him that old
4:43 I think the orphanage was under someone else before Arlecchino went back to Fontaine and took over (Because she probably was still in Snezhnaya or something) , that's why Freminet knew about the old administrator. It probably wasn't the previous harbinger in Arlecchino's animation, but someone else that fill in the orphanage before Arlecchino came back... so he's probably not that old...

Duk is one of the only CCs that actually cares about the story while also being entertaining. When things turn serious, you can see he's genuinely invested. Most CC don't care about the story in front of them and just try to make as many jokes-per-minute as possible.

I've seen people cross referencing Snezhevna's hair and her npc design is very similar to a fatui frost operative. So, she's an elite member; he's definitely not the child Arle picked up though, because she's too old.
Fun fact: we all know that Arlecchino and Acheron were inspired by Herrshers in HI3…Namely Herrshers of Sentience and Thunder respectively…
Now im convinced that the Black Hole/Red Moon background both characters have in their ultimates symbolises the Coccoon of Finality…
....???? Arlecchino isn't a Senti variant, she's a Natasha one. Runs an orphanage, raised as an assassin, even the outfit she has on for that attempt on Furina was an outfit Natasha has in hi3.
