Yeah this is very strange, I was looking around to see if anyone owns "COPPELIA BALLET SUITE ACT 1 No 1 - B) VALSE LENTE" which played during a segment of a Saints Row 2 video I have....I'm no classical buff so I didn't really know if it was a modern tune or not...it's not, and I can't find any copywrite owners for it. I'll keep looking before I dispute, but I doubt I'll find it...it is classic classical after all being so old
My student played the Prelude of the Suite No.1 for Cello and i got a remark !!!! And my dispute was rejected ! Unbelievable ! This piece was written some 300 years ago !

Another company may have made its own version of the same composition, and they may have put that recording into the UA-cam copyright recognition system, but apparently, UA-cam's audio recognition system cannot tell the difference between one version/recording and another. I trust this explanation will ensure your "matches third party content" note is removed from my channel. I always adhere strictly to copyright laws, and these constant notices are frustrating and time-consuming. That's bull crap that they can "somehow" copyright music from people who have been dead for ages. Tchaikovsky music is under copyright too..
