Thanks the google icon or the mic when you click speak get a lot of space. How can I minimize the google icon so that readers can read and see the picture as whole?

You cannot make it small or minimize it. But you can hide the dialog. To hide it, in the properties of Speech Recognizer Compnent, uncheck the "UseLegacy" checkbox which will make the google icon and mic to be hidden.

Try converting the app to .apk file and install in your mobile.

Sure, I will. But, I think both App Inventor and Thunkable are ALMOST same(although Thunkable has more features)... So, you can watch this tutorial and do the same in Thunkable. But, If you want, I will make this same app in Thunkable.

How to add a previous button for this app?

Inside the when previous button clicked event, set the ObjectNumber variable to ObjectNumber - 1 and then set the image using ObjectNumber.
OR
You can just copy paste the code of the Next Button and change the addition operator in the ObjectNumber variable to the subtraction operator.

Yea, this is because the speech to text app uses small letter letters in writing, so consider the ObjectNames being written in smaller letters in your codes for proper identification of the various pictures, it will be able to show CORRECT or WRONG consequently.
