"Nooooooooooooooooo!" 😂 That was the best! "Why haven't they freed humanity for 100 years?" The biggest question of the series, in my opinion. Ramping up is an understatement lol by season 4 we're practically at warp speed

This was such an amazing moment, Historia throwing away the syringe is so powerful. It is her way of doing something rebellious, of speaking up for herself. It sounds a little weird at first maybe, but both Historia and Eren are right now going against the wishes of their fathers, as far as we can grasp them right now at least. They are both confronted with the visions of their fathers and now have to decide who they want to be for themselves. Just as Ymir said: "Live a life you can be proud of".
Annie didn't hear anything like that before Armin (and Hitch in her very own way) tried to tell her something along those lines. Maybe it was too late for her but Historia and Eren still have a chance now.

I don’t interpret Historia’s monologue as becoming a villain. More like “if saving my friend means dooming the world and letting the titans win, then she’ll be the enemy and let that happen.”

there's Many 10/10 episodes in aot but i feel this one is an underrated 10/10 , the ost , the relation between Eren and historia, the development of historia, everything in this episode is amazing truly one of my favorite
The foreshadowing and the symbolism are something else this episode.

Again...its great to point out...Rod reiss didn't tell a single lie here...no matter how shady it sounds.
And then the description of someone who can alter memories, build hardened walls and caves and basically control every pure titan. It's not an exaggeration that rod called it God.
Makes you wonder two things...wtf is in those memories that whoever gets them becomes certain there's no hope and this is the only way forward. And why also is reiner and co also so certain that there's no hope for this world.

Still after years, after all the sensational moments to come, whenever I hear Zero Eclipse I still get chills
Often people are quick to dismiss everything Rod says but at least some of it aligns with the visions Eren got from the touch last episode.
It wasn't animated very clearly but earlier this episode Kenny cut Rod's tongue several times when he insulted Uri so when he licked the serum it at least did get into his bloodstream.
