Just an FYI Sin for the live number, which you noted was lower, it is an off day AND I didn't even know you were going to stream I just happened to get on UA-cam and saw you were live! I think Amber still pulls but damn she is losing view on her channel for a reason she is getting stale but your commentary still makes it fun.

With the forcing yourself you eat thing. The reason why it is recommended to eat is that it is easier to not binge if you have a few small meals a day eveb when not hungry whereas if you simply dont eat you get all the hunger cues and the excuse of "oooh i haven't eaten all day" so a person will likely binge.
