On b-5 I just cannot replicate your entry to the middle hairpin where you nearly hit the pace car and kept it wide to preserve speed, if I enter that fast I can't keep it on the track, any help?

I couldn’t even hold or silver any 1 lap guided runs cause the pace car might have some assets in them that is lagging my PC
Aw man, that's unfortunate. I know some of them aren't too bad in the other license tests, so don't believe you're out of luck just yet. Keep it up!
Are you using controller and auto transmission? I’m using default controls and I’ve been on B-6 for about 4 hours, even save stating and slowing the game down to adjust the brake timing, but never get close to gold (10th off or don’t hit finish)
Also worth noting in the version I have Gold is 22.600, so I’m not sure why or if cars control different in different versions, but I’m just not understanding if I’m doing something wrong, or if you just can’t play this game without pressure sensitive accel and brake and manual transmission
I've not tested if auto gears make golding license tests impossible, but manual gears certainly make it much easier. If worse comes to worse, manual gearing is not difficult to learn as this was the game that got me to learn it, and right-joystick accel and brakes are a default setting in-game for more precise inputs. These are also my go-to controls on controller, and it is certainly possible to gold all licenses in the game with these settings.
The difference in gold times stems from different versions requiring 2 different refresh rates: 50hz or 60hz. The PAL version runs on the slower 50hz, which PD determined was easier for certain tests and attempted to adjust times accordingly. I personally don't think they did a great job with this, but it was released to exist permanently for that version, so it is what it is.
