They are following all the procedures and might not have shown the details of flying part as the Indian audience might not understand that. If you notice at one point while talking when the atc calls their flight number she immediately switches her attention to that. This is how they fly even the large planes in Indian airlines. Plus Indian rules won’t allow such a flight in India anyways so it’s good to see this type of content on Indian UA-cam channel than just seeing random talking in front of the camera which most vloggers do
