Feeling the toe go up after impact is a great feeling. I’ve been hooking the ball left after changing my grip to a “strong grip” I must be unintentionally rotating the face. Can’t wait to try it on my next round
Great question..L to L is basically training your hands to an extent. When you talk about tipping the club out your body needs to start moving back and out of the way to allow you enough room. Great question..video coming.
Hi Billy, great video, Ive switched to L to L as I find it a much more easier and relaxed swimg when Im under pressure , competitions etc, my fabricated swing breaks down at those points, but after my backswing L I like to start the transition by pulling the handle towards the target , providing my grip is not tight 3/4 out of 10 the club will fall naturally fall and whip through the ball. I achieve relatively good distance this way for my 62 years and its consistant. Question is i am not using any body in tbis swing really and i am looking to go to the next level can you reccommend something for me. Thank you very much for reading this long post. Paul
Billy does the loop not come into play with this drill…..I am working on your loop drills to come from the inside more so trying to figure out if the L to L is just a feel the weight of club drill?
It definitely can..may even feel like a figure 8. The L to L gets the club pivoting correctly but you can definitely feel how it works up to under within the L to L. Give it a try.
Absolute cornerstone drill
Indeed..thanks for watching 👍⛳️
Reminds me of Mike Malaska where I first heard this. I like your logo by the way, well done
Yes and it should ..I’m a Malaska certified coach and have worked very closely with Mike for the past decade. Thanks for the logo compliment 👍⛳️
A+❤🎉
Thank you 👍⛳️
@BillyFitzgeraldGolf Your welcome ⛳️💯💥

If the face flips over it’s the trail hand. Feel palm up in the follow through so the toe works up.
Thanks for the explanation, now I'm going to practice it. 😊👍
Anytime and thanks for watching ⛳️👍
How does the L to L relate to the Malaska move where the the club head tips out on the downswing? Should they feel the same? They don't to me.
