That is too expensive 😭 there was a dress for 100 dolar in yesstyle ,i only use 7 - 12 dolar for cloths , if i want from famous brands (zara, mango...) then it would be 30 dolar(this is the limit of how much i can pay for ) 😭

yes korea is expensive in total as a travler just like japan and macau but i must say its all worth the money and the savings... i dont mind rendering overtime at work to save extra for travel, hopefully we can all get to travel soon with no worries about getting sick..

Why are fruits and vegetables so expensive in Korea? I'm from Greece and most of the seasonal fruits and vegetables are sold around 1-2€ per kilo (1300- 2600 won per kilo). Ofcource we do have some that are more expensive, but not many. The basic ingredients for our summer meals are tomatos (1-2 €), cucumbers (same as tomatos), zucchini (same), aubergines (same), nectarines (same), peaches (same), watermelon (1000 won/kilo and the price drops as time passes. Now you can buy 2 watermelons, regardless of the size, for 5€). In general, the prices are very affordable and if you shop at the farmer's market after 12 in the morning, you can find even better prices. Last Saturday I bought 2 kilos of fresh aubergines for 1€

@@sassyinkorea 🤣🤣 Our cheapest meat is chicken. I buy it for 2.80€/ kilo (approximately 3,500 won). Pork ranges from 4- 12€ depending on the part. Your beloved pork belly is around 5€/ kilo. Lamb is around 8€/kilo and beef is the most expensive. More than 9€/ kilo.
We also like meat but we have many traditional recipes with vegetables only, as main dish.
3 kilos of sweet potato in Egypt equal 400 won , the same is potato and tomato 🍅
1 kilo of grape cost 1000 won
The biggest watermelon cost also 1000 won
I kilo of apple cost 2000 won now and its so expensive due to inflation

Yes, that is what most korean wear in summer. They are very conservative style, they always wear very long dress even on hot weather. Some wear dress pants and blouse.
