Best no-sting plumping gloss I've tried is KimChi's Wet with Plumper gloss It's very sheer, the tint is not noticeable, so over lipstick is perfect, and is so hydrating, my lips are a healthy looking plump. I love this soft, yet bold rainbow eye. So pretty!
