Hotel Renovator: Restaurant improvements

Our hotel is thriving but now with 3 and 4 star furniture unlocked, some rooms can use a touch-up. The restaurant was done on a budget, so we're changing the furniture to increase the star rating and buying a brand new bar counter for a profit boost.
