Paint Pasco Mural Reimbursement Program aims to bring out city's unique culture

The City of Pasco has unveiled a new program they hope will inspire local businesses and artists to help beautify the city.
The program runs through December 20th of this year and allows businesses within a specific area of the city to get reimbursed up to $5,000 for murals painted on their buildings that meet the requirements.
