I’m glad somebody said something about the camera man scorp tell him to stop trying to make it like a movie at a battle he don’t have to follow them either all you need to do is set up a camera and have it cover the whole dance floor . thats cuz memphis dancing is organized and makes sense, it correlates to the rhythm and transitions of the song so the transitions look smooth with it

bruh. this is a lazy comment. Jookin and Turfin are completely different. TFA doesn't look like anybody from Memphis. Both Jookin and Turfin were built from the ground up around different styles of hip hop music. They literally can't look the same. Every style of hip hop dance uses similar standard moves like gliding. Whats different is how the styles go about gliding, the way it looks and how much they use it.
If people were banned from using standard moves because of copying, nobody would be able to do anything.
Jookin and Turfin use tutting, but neither created tutting. Poppin and locking were doing it long before them. Do you see where i'm going with this.
