I loved Billie Eilish's Bond song, but I couldn't believe they'd ask her, but not LDR. Lana would be perfect for a bond song. But then again, it kinda empowers Lana's cult-status.
Sadly they choose Billie because of her current fame level and for money reasons. She’s up for everyone nomination and just won all the Grammys. It’s the music ‘business’ at the end of the day. Sad but true. Lana in reality is deffo the better choice but she doesn’t win awards

Love it! As I am very attached to The Great Gatsby's Luhrmann version movie, "Young and Beautiful " is the anthem of this movie. This song is a masterpiece
Lana is always robbed. She should have been picked for No Time to Die, her whole aesthetic and voice fits the mysteriousness and glamour of Bond to a tee and she has a depth to her that Billie lacks (I mean billie is only 18, she’s not as mature so it’s not necessarily her fault)
The people in charge are toxic. I pray lana gets her day. Until then i think she is being protected somehow. But even then i thought born to die song was oscar and grammy worthy. 💔❤️
It is a good song but really anyone could have done it like that because the team she was working with is so good (like proper professional producers) I think everyone though billie was a stupid idea because her voice isn’t made to sing 007

I actually already started to working on Doin' time... however I created the symphonic interlude from the video and I realized - damn, this is the exact copy of the original, this ain't no cover! So I doubt I will ever finish it, not mentioning that the rest of the track is not exactly the right material for symphonic cover :D
this is creative, but to be honest i don’t see this in a movie. there’s so much happening and the way the different instruments come through just doesn’t make sense. When listening to it, i felt like i was being rushed through the song when i just want to take my time to appreciate the flow of the instruments. Like when the trumpets start playing very loudly, and then they suddenly are drowned out by the strings. Doesn’t quite make sense and seems really unorganized and inconsistent. I think having less can still make the song feel epic. Or maybe just finding the right balance between the different instruments.

Also, the similarity is probably the whole reason why it reminded the composer (OP) of a "Bond song".
