if there is water does it not mean you have a block? I would don't recommend calling a plumber as they cost a fortune, once it cost me 150 for a 2-second job taking a button out. Does yours make a loud noise? I bought the same one recently from John Lewis too, same price, and it rattles so bad and sounds like a drilling machine for a couple of minutes towards the end ofthe cycle. Does yours do that too?
hey, I installed the machine myself as I didn't really trust the delivery/installers from John lewis. there was padding that came with it that I have used and that stops movement between machine and cupboards, I generally don't get much noise only if I have loose items on the drying rack that rattle, the machine itself doesn't make a drilling sound though?! maybe you could upload a short video and I can compare the noise to see if its normal or not. But the end part of the cycle is definitely the fastest spin so if it's not secured completely id imagine you would get some noise, I do but as I said only when there are loose items on the bunker above it. Hope this helps.

sorry hope this helps, the machine doesnt say the times as it just shows as Auto and i need to press the wash to see the time come on.
@@911Shac I wonder if you’ve checked the water temp at all? If I set mine to 40C, the water only reaches 23C during the wash cycle.
@@kevinmills5293 hey Kevin, I’ve never checked the temp, I normally wash my work clothes either at 40 or 60 and that always seems to do the job if they are dirty etc,
How are you checking the temp anyways ? A sticker of some sort? Because the front door has quite a big bubble or doesn’t allow you to feel the actual temperature on the outside glass/plastic as it has a fairly big space between that and the inside part. Not sure if that makes sense
Hii When it's done, it has to give a warning signal but I can't figure out how to turn it on.. maybe you know? Thanks!
Hey,
1. Switch on the appliance.
2. Select the MIX programme
3. Touch the "Delay" button and "Temp" button at the same time for about 3 seconds. "Beep OFF" will be displayed and the buzzer will be deactivated.
***For activation, the buzzer touch these two buttons at the same time again "Beep ON" will be displayed.
Hope this helps.

Hello Marco I hope that's okay I bought a washer based on your recommendation It's very wonderful thank you, but there is something that is simple tune washer was not activated despite I worked this way why of your face your eyes greetings to you
It's like higher
Does anyone else’s still have water after a wash. Bought mine and arrived this week and I have done 3 washes and none of my washes have dried and there was still water
if there is water does it not mean you have a block?
It's an easy check, check the pipework for a button or something, for example, mine is connected near the sink so I just disconnect the thin pip going in and make sure there is nothing in there.
I would don't recommend calling a plumber as they cost a fortune, once it cost me 150 for a 2-second job taking a button out. It happened 3 times on my old machine, not on this one. there shouldn't be any water after the final spin cycle.
Hi, could U please upload a sample of this washer spinning at 1400 rpm? I want to know how quiet it is...
Hi, I’ve uploaded a video spinning at 1400rpm. Please let me know when you have watched it and I’ll thereafter delete it
@@911Shac Why did you delete it? :D I'm looking for a video with 1400 rpm sound.
@@kff6171 because I had taken a quick one and it was poor quality, also I don't really want to start uploading stuff on my youtube about a washing machine. basically, it's not very noisy however I have not used all the padding supplied so would be even quieter. hope that helps.
to be fair maybe ill try upload a full cycle to keep everyone happy and updated :D (when i can be bothered...)
C'è qualche italiano che ha acquistato questo modello??
Does yours make a loud noise? I bought the same one recently from John Lewis too, same price, and it rattles so bad and sounds like a drilling machine for a couple of minutes towards the end ofthe cycle. Does yours do that too?
hey, I installed the machine myself as I didn't really trust the delivery/installers from John lewis.
there was padding that came with it that I have used and that stops movement between machine and cupboards,
I generally don't get much noise only if I have loose items on the drying rack that rattle, the machine itself doesn't make a drilling sound though?! maybe you could upload a short video and I can compare the noise to see if its normal or not.
But the end part of the cycle is definitely the fastest spin so if it's not secured completely id imagine you would get some noise, I do but as I said only when there are loose items on the bunker above it.
Hope this helps.
@@911Shac hello. Well long story short, we got our replacement machine today (same machine) as the first one was deemed faulty since the engineer found no fault but we recorded a video of the sound and he agreed that sound was not right. So we put a load in the new machine today and the SAME noise happened again! Loud, drilling noise as the first machine and it came out its spot.
Watched your video and i told my Brother our one is not normal especially since this is now the second (same) machine making the same noise.
He watched a few vidoes and found that John Lewis did not remove the shipping bolts and small iron rod from the back!! TWICE NOW. So we put a new load in... and problem solved. We should've just installed it ourself life you did. So far, as good as yours and the way it's supposed to work 👍🏽
Thank God we saw your video or we were about to return it for good this time 😊
@@RA-07 Hey,
Glad you have managed to fix it, I can't believe they didn't take those two huge rods out the back!
Good you have notice this and now you can enjoy it, it's a good looking machine and works fine...without the rods lol.
All the best :)
@@911Shac hello, i know, still can't believe this is the second time they didn't take it out!
Yes, it's been a washing machine nightmare these past few months. It IS a good looking machine 😊 goes so well in our kitchen, a nice change from having white machines since forever.
Thanks for responding and your video. Honestly, been such a HUGE help 👍🏽
@@RA-07 @Hi this is happening to us but we read somewhere that this fault COULD invalidate your warranty. So it might be worth checking
How many kg model is this one?
This is a 10kg drum 🥁
Hi, sorry for the delay in response,

Hi, it will fit double duvet inside? Or is better to take 12kg?
@@mrmichu1631 no it doesn’t fit a double duvet just tried :S
@@mrmichu1631 i think it will fit, i have a 7kg machine and can fit mine in...just squashing it in..
Hi I have a question please, I have the same machine and I put it 2hours to dry and it’s not dry yet how do you do it for it to be dry ready ?? please help me 🙏🏼😊
Hi Emma, wish I could help by my machine is a washer only it doesn’t dry.
@scott Hi Scott, this machine only has wash there are no dry settings. Before i had a wash/dryer but i found it wasnt really amazing at either so invested in just a good wash, it has a high spin so clothes are defenitely more water free.
@scott ah appologies , yeah I bet, I just havent had the best results with a mixed machine. so decided to just have a washer . plus im trying to be more eco friendly :S
Be4 installing it do u have to remove any bolts out the back from the drum ??
Hi, yes there was two large rods that had to be removed and maybe some bolds that are obvious, but the rods could be missed make sure to remove them
@@911Shac thank u
Hi Justin, Just a quick question for you. I am getting my new machine delivered tomorrow. I have been reading your comments. I am just wonder about the rods which you are talking about. You say they could be missed are they inside the machine?? Or are they just part of the four bolts which are used for transport purposes?? I am just scared in case I miss them while installing the machine tomorrow. Any help would be much appreciated.
John
@@johnmclean4911 its the rods on the back 4 bolts
@@justincarrington7034 thanks very much for that Justin it was very much appreciated pal. It was just in case that rod things where hidden inside the machine or something. I feel a lot happier now that I know what they are now. I dare say the instructions that come with the machine explain the installation process. But it's always good to talk to someone who has installed one before just in case there's any hazards to look out for.
Thanks again john

Hi I’m watching this video to find out where the laundry detergent (powder) goes
Hey, top left of the machine where the Heier or whatever it’s called logo is.
Its hard to see but has an under grip to pull out just like most over ones .
I live in the United States, they don’t seek them here well at least that brand. How much was yours and would anyone want to help me with shipping I’ll pay.
A lot cheaper than I remember , £499. It would cost an absolute bomb to deliver something like this due to weight and size surely there’s something similar over there? I wish I could help but I wouldn’t want to be responsible for issues and don’t have the time. Good luck!
Can this machine be connected to the app?
Hey, no I don’t think so, not this model anyways
@@911Shac OK thanks is the only difference it doesn't connect to smart phone
How to unlock the door if it is in cycle
when you press the pause/play button it unlocks unless it's far enough on the wash it may not open.
Hello, how is it ? I'm scared to buy for reliability
Are Samsung better?
Hi, it depends what you are comfortable with. I am happy with it, it came with 5 years warranty. If they are happy to put so many years it normally suggests the company have trust that it's well made otherwise it would cost them money to repair. Personally I dislike Samsung but they are a big company and well known
Hi
Sorry I stopped my washing machine temporarily and then I tried to work it again but it's stopped !!
you need to press play button again and it will continue from the point you stopped it. or just turn the power button back on and press play.
I am still unsure how to completely stop a program as i need to read instructions. hope you manage it
😂

Hair, over pronounce the R.
I have bought one it's really bad machine I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
Quality really poor
Waste of money
May I know why?
Very bad mechine don't buy it.
I have just purchased the Haier brand different model but I'm already getting unbalanced load errors and washings keep taking for ever beyond the programmed time from 8 minutes to 15 the drum goes back and forth doing nothing for 16 mins when the timer says 8 Minutes remaining I have only had the machine 2 days and they are send out an engineer on Friday... Only good thing it's super quiet
That’s a shame hopefully you get it fixed, I don’t have that problem, hopefully it just needs reset or something simple like that!
