he is using incorrect terms, it's not tax, its a higher salary threshold higher visa cost, and higher health surcharge but not a tax. the anchor is not trained correctly to explain such things. for children, you have to show you earn more income (its not the tax)

Same law will be applied to you, when you will take your new born from India to UK, you will have to pay additional 3800 pound for baby. You can avoid this additional amount if you birth the baby in UK instead of India.
