I am redoing my landscaping in the front yard now and I am discovering football size or larger rocks while digging. I commented about that to a neighbor. He told me that our neighborhood used to be a rock quarry. Imagine that, a rockhound that accidently ended up living in a rock quarry.
You did a great job on the rocks. I love them. However, that lawn is going to be a nightmare to keep out of there. I would have removed more lawn and put mulch in front of the rocks as well. Or better yet, some ground-level pavers. 💚
Thanks for watching and for the comment and ideas. You are right about the grass infiltrating. The cardboard underneath is a pretty good deterrent until it biodegrades and I have to redo it. My biggest problem will be the ditch lillies that want to come up through the cardboard. 😊
