This track is maybe the best one from Kekal in over 10 years. The melody is very emotional and moving, almost like taking us to through a journey. Glad they take the less metal approach. The guitar sounds perfect here. The guitar solo at the end reminds me of Jeff's solos from "Acidity" album. Very melodic. Looking forward to hear the album "Envisaged".

Envisaged is a very very underrated album IMO. It's dark but enlightening at the same time.

So I listened to this multiple times over the past days and overall I think this my favourite of the three new tracks so far. The intro riff is fantastic, the break at 1:24 is sick, and the solo is just typical Jeff, which I mean in the best possible way. I find it to be most reminiscent of the soloing on the Habit of Fire album. Also a great outro sequence with the robotized vocals.
I'm not always on board with some of the vocal lines or production decisions, compared to the likes of Acidity or Autonomy, but overall I'm just happy that new Kekal music keeps coming. Will preorder the CD once it's possible.
