After 15 years I accomplished my fear of flying overseas. I prepared for months, and during boarding I panicked hard and threw myself on that damn plane. I got there safely. Later in the trip when I got to the city I was most eager to visit, I cried. It was powerful. The flight back was a cinch too.
I had a massive fear of heights Took forever to work up the courage to go on a plane and fly anywhere But once I did it and used distractions like movies and songs on the plane I now think only of it being likened to a big bus you would catch in the city And now I fly everywhere I still have struggles with open heights like being on a Verandah or skyrise building but thats my new challenge to conquer

I have an interview coming up soon for possible funding for my business idea! I’m so excited right now! IM ACTUALLY DOING IT! I also networked with one of my coworkers that already has a business. He’s going to give me a bunch of info for a bunch of grants that I can apply for. He just bought his first apartment building, and he has a few homes. He is working to help fund the work needed for his apartment. Once he’s done fixing the apartment building up, he’s quitting the job. It’s funny how once I started cutting off people that are content with working a crappy job, the people reaching out for more are giving me info and helping me take the next step...FREE OF CHARGE!!! I will show all the people that doubted me. I will make them regret turning their back on me. They will have a front row seat to my success!

I was watching this and Lisa Nichols as I was on the standing elliptical machine. I usually do an hour and lose between 400 to 450 calories. This time I lost over 500 calories in an hour. I'm so proud of myself. Thank you for this motivational video.

I fear exhaustion. I fear that I'm too lazy and I give in. I looked in the mirror yesterday, and I asked myself if I'll be happy in 20 years if I stick with this weak mindset. I'm going to use the fear of regret to motivate me. The fear of looking back and wishing I stayed up late working on the business, the fear of wishing I walked up to that girl, the fear of realizing I've wasted unlimited potential due to laziness. This is the year we change. The year we will make shit happen. Use the fear of regret to power you through your fear of losing or rejection.
