Once you get to the exam room, you'll find lots of people speaking really fast and loud so it messes up your ability to hear and speak as well so just be mentally prepared for that, try practicing in a loud area or put some 'people talking in public' noise on your tv or speaker. And in speaking it's not about the grammar, but the pronunciation and loudness of your sentences. For writing, most questions have formats or tricks you could learn on youtube, I got 90 from following those.
