I have never watched you before but you or so good at explaining an taking your time for all of the artists watching can learn from YOU. THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR TIME ❤
I’ve been trying to get myself to just do more art. I’ve been sick for several days so watching the videos has been relaxing and inspiring. Maybe next week I put brush to paper.
Thank you so much for your videos and I’m learning a lot from you even I’m an amateur ! Keep up the good work ❤❤❤love your style and it’s very inspirational. And I’m trying your paintings . Thank you 🎉
Hi there. Saw your work on the Angela Fehr group. Glad i can see how you work. Very inspiring. Love working loose but still need confidence....i know....practice....practice. .practic....! Still mesmerizing to watch.
As usual, amazing! You make it sound so simple, but in actual fact it has to be an amazing artist like you to transform it into a beautiful piece! I ll give it a try though! Thank you Debra. Josette from Malta
Hi Josephine! It’s just a different approach,it’s very attainable, it might be harder for some because their so trained to paint everything they see and making everything look realistic.
Gorgeous. And so free. I have to try bigger paper so I can use my arm. Painting with the wrist and fingers makes for a tight painting. I would love to have all those amazing colors.
Hello dear Debra, what a talent ! And so much passion with a real ability to transmit. Thank you for your enthusiasm my artist friend. Bruno in France 🧡🧡🧡
❤️ ♥️ 💜 much love to you Bruno in France! You’re so encouraging! I really appreciate it. Everyone go check out Bruno on Instagram, his work is fantastic!
I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your painting techniques with us. I have been laid up for over a year and finally coming back to good health. And so I have just been able to start painting again with acrylic and watercolor. I am so grateful to have just found you. To help me ease back into my passion. I know now my health will come back fully. I don't have a lot but would like help support your efforts here. Can you advise me the best way to do that. Thank you again my friend. All thevery best to you. Yours truly Kelly Phillips
Dear Debra, I’m a big fan of your channel! I’m looking forward to see what you will prepare for some specifics lessons on your site ( and when?😉). I’m from Montréal, I am a French speaker and I learn English with you when you explain all your techniques. I have some experience with watercolor but I would like to be more confident with my colours . I was an art teacher and I can recognize a person who have the facility to explain and tell what is necessary to be understood, you are really good at it! Thank you to share with us and…excuse my English.
Hi Lucie, thanks for tuning in! Oh you’re in trouble if you follow my English 😂. Also, thanks for the compliments that’s very kind of you. I don’t have all the answers but I do share what I do know. Enjoy, and be safe out there in Canada, and I hope everyone gets their FREEDOM back, it’s a God given right!
Beautiful, I use the andthene(spelling) is bad ar 1:46 am lol but you know what I mean , Keep on painting sweetie, it's a joy to watch Best regards Heather
Thank you, i like them a lot too. I found them in a thrift store, they’re vintage. They’re just small cocktail ice buckets. I see a lot of them sitting on shelves in the thrift stores. They make it easy to clean and carry the water back and forth with the handle.
Love your paintings. I also like your palette. Took your link which brought me to Amazon, but the palette is not like yours. Can you tell me what this palette is? Thanks.
I just came upon your work today and love this demo and would hope to learn to be more loose in my painting. I tried to join the fb group but not sure it 'took'. I have read and would abide by the rules. Thank you
My greens vary, with out rewatching this video i typically will use undersea green, green appitite genuine, olive green, Azo green and sometimes i mix them a little with the color of the flower.
What do you mean by a free flow note card? I usually work on a half a sheet of watercolor paper. I like painting on larger paper, it allows me to be freezer in my loose paintings.
@@debralynrosenbachart Sorry I wasn't clear. Interested in trying to paint a loose watercolor flower that has that same style. I guess just a smaller version of you style.
@@debralynrosenbachart 🤣Will if it's a watercolor pigment and water...sounds like gouache to me. I have a large tube of gouache, I'm going to play around with it, perhaps add very little water & some gum arabic, or other watercolor mediums. My guess is that it's a moneymaker product, and I don't have a problem with companies making money. However, the product is expensive.

Fabulous painting
Thank you
i love this style !
Very pretty!
Simply stunning. The key is having enough white space so the painting can breathe. I always overdo it with the pigment and regret if.
Thanks Christina! I think we’re all guilty of closing in our paintings, we get over zealous. Thanks for tuning in!
You make it look so easy!

Love your art, Debra! You're an inspiration! What brand are your 8-sided water basins with handles and where can I buy them?

Hi Bebra Lynn, what brush did you use for the twigs? Lovely painting!
Thank you!!!….Its just a simple liner brush i got from a store here in the US called Hobby Lobby.
Thank you
You’re welcome.
Can you tell me the colors you used for the greens? Especially the darker color you used. Thanks. ( just subscribed)

Could you possible do a simple free flowing note card?? Love you pastel flowers!!! I'm a real beginner. Also what size are your brushes??? Thanks

Can you do a video describing where to place various pigments on your Mijello 55space palette?
I dont really do those kind of videos. I’m sorry.
Basic questions: do you sit or stand? Are your paints out all the time? Do you start with all new each time?
Stand..rarely sit. Paint are out all the time…I top them off periodically
Did you allow your paint to dry in the pallet pans.
These are Mijello paint, they never dry out, they remain tacky to the touch. I put them in their wells several hours before using on this piece.
Can you please repeat the name of your white speckled over at two thirds into the video? Thanks
I love watching your videos Debra. Love the toilet tissue tip! Thanks for the link to the quill brush. Can you tell me what size you use?
I used size 120 the most! But there all nice to have, and there reasonably priced!
Is Dr Martin ph a medium or a white color ?
It’s a white correction material that a very thick, opaque watercolor.
@@debralynrosenbachart thank you so much for your reply .
What is the size of the paper?
Seems to me that PH Matin bleed-proof white is a semi-liquid watercolor gouache.
I just wrote to the owner of the company and talked about the product, in his words he said it’s like gouache but it’s not. It’s pigment and water.
