    I have one and transformer connection Inam not able to figure out. I can see a spring attached to back chassis and other side has come out. One of the lugs of the transformer is free and I feel it should have been there. It could be that z1 you were pointing out that some one has put a spewing instead of fuse. Let me know if

    Sir I have B6X 75A .
    Amplifier section is OK but no radio station pick up .
    What I can do ?

    Sorry did you remove C70 at the AC? I dont really see the purpose of it, is is worth replacing with a new?

      If you mean the cap across the AC, you don’t really need it but can replace it with a safety cap.

    Thanks for the informative videos. What do you recommend for washing off dried grease on mechanical stuff and what for lubricating them?

      Usually use isopropyl alcohol to clean. The lubricant varies depending on the function.

    According with the schematic you show were does the resistor feeding the B++?
    I do not c a connection to B+++ anywhere. I am confused

      Gerald Wilcox : if you’re referring to the first power up, the fact that only one output stage is being tested is explained in the video.

    It looks like you have used UA-cams so called image stabilizer. Far from stabilising it makes a real mess of you're video. The image dances about all over the place, most noticeable towards the end of the video. Best not to use it...Just a kind thought!
