I prefer a more natural 'chatting' style of whisper personally but as someone else here said Villa has something for everyone. I have a favourite book tapping whisper video from Villa a few years back with her Egyptian hardbacks and it's my frequent go to so while I still have that I'm happy 😊 ❤
I don't know what's different, but the whispering in this was so good! Just the normal intro made me tingle and just stop what I was doing, and I don't usually like whisper-only videos. Maybe I just haven't watched a voiceover recently (which are my favorite!), but something about this just hits different. Love it!!
It seems like she’s maybe closer to the mic than usual? Or maybe not using a pop filter? I like it too 😍

My guess is that this one isn’t a voice over, but I’m not sure! I agree though, this one is extra tingly!

I agree with some of the other comments. This is my new favourite Villa video. The whispering and slightly slower tapping was perfect. Please create more content with this whispering style. Keep up the great, soothing and relaxing work.

I agree with some other comments this sounds different. I'm not a fan of "wet" mouth sounds so I like the style of whispering normally used. But, Villa delivers lots of options so I hope this is just one more "flavor" of her asmr and there will continue to be whispering videos like she has done previously.

I’m a huge reader! But I think that’s a result of my parents reading a lot to my brothers and I when we were kids. Don’t have as much time to read nowadays, but I try to sneak in 30-45 minutes at the end of the day. 💕

If the kids choose one, I have a reason to read 😄

@@asmrvilla I try! I tend to alternate between sci-fi, historical fiction, high fantasy books and then something non-fiction that’s a little more dense and has to do with my field of study. 💕
My favourite thing is reading! I read 140 pages yesterday haha!

The movie about Gertrude Bell is fine, cinematically stunning. However, if you want to learn more about her, and have a bit more balanced view of this controversial figure, I would recommend: Letters To Baghdad, put out by PBS.
