Does the armor percentage also include the additional expertise value or just the 2.1 ?

Just the 2.1 at the moment since I wanted it to be at 2.1M exactly for the math to add to 420k for the foam armour bonus. with max expertise I should be at 2.2K so it would be 440k bonus armour! Good Question!
