This tune used to scare me as a kid, especially when it played on Katmoda 12. The track environment itself was very unsettling to me, and the ominous sounding pads just added to the spookiness.
Fusion's a fine racer by itself, but it doesn't really live up to WipEout's pedigree, it was a hairpin curve of weird design decisions that took WipEout Pure to actually refine most of the crazy ideas.
@@spyrellephea1105 idk about you, but I believe that, in the years since Fusion, Wipeout became a very repetitive series, with the exception of 2048. I still love all the games to death, it's just that Fusion was the only one that dared to bring the saga out of its comfort zone. the rest were just Pure and 3 reskined and repackaged. I understand that the physics may not be for everyone, and that the game taking place in the wilderness and other "outdoors" areas is sacrilege for some, but personally, those are the aspects that make me love this game. that and the thumping soundtrack. G-Tech and Tigron do have ugly designs tho.

honestly the music was the best thing about this game, I sucked hard at actually playing it but the tracks you get to play to were amazing
