Knowing Sanemi tried to blinden Genya, just to make him quit Demon Slayer Corps, and now, seeing him blinding him after knowing what happenes in manga... it hurts
Damn, imaging feeling like his father. Really a heavy guilt would eat him up. Am I the only one who thing regardless if Sanemi suceed or fail makw Genya blind, Genya would die? I mean if he suceess on blind him like that, is like damaging to heart and because the lack of medical tool and knowledge during that time, im pretty sure they cant help keep him alive, especially if he lose to much blod on it. Meanwhile, blindness by slash swords, explosiom and fire can be easily treat ina minimum way so would be alive, but blind and full of scars. 🤔 Love the video, is so smooth and good!!
@@KokushTsugikuni IDK about that, since he is under Shinobu care, she wouldnt let him go to mission. Also, automatically, master going to make retired on the momment the information is said to him. He never going to encounter demon because he already isnt part of it and I think eating demon going to be similar to the demon when Tanjiro and Nezuko meet Yushiro and Tamayo.
@@TheImfamousCGP yet Kagaya could send a demon from final selection so he could eat him gain power and regeneration, i dont think there will be no demons in final selection cuz not so alot of kids are surviving it and can destroy every demon at final selection

Actually if I remember right, Sanemi did it not from just reckless abandone but because he knowed genya can regen cuz he already meet the people who used same tactic as genya
This is a good theory but it’s been confirmed I think that he absolutely hated his brother untill the infinity castle arc so he probably wouldn’t have cared and probably would’ve said “go eat a demon or something
I’m pretty sure he did care about Genya but just had a very aggressive way of showing it. Him constantly talking down on Genya and telling him to leave the corps was him trying to protect Genya. He wanted him to get married and have children, not do the work like he did. Sanemi still cared about Genya just didn’t show it and held a grudge on him for what he said when they were children. He loved Genya just didn’t show it until he died.

Here’s my theory: As soon as Genya said he ate demons to become stronger that scared sanemi to a traumatic state which made him remember how he had to kill his mother to protect Genya. I feel like he just doesn’t want to kill Genya as well since he’s his only family. The way he tried to stab his eyes wasvery bad but he was trying to do it in a way to protect him.

@@GachaAdrika Yeah. I would hate him. But, I think I would get along with Giyuu. He lost his older sister and best friend to demons but I lost my maternal grandmother to Alzheimer's and my father to renal failure. I would actually fail horribly to bond with Giyuu.
