Narutoverse has different logic and powerscaling with fairytailverse, so.. it's pointless at the result. At this point for example, Madara has more hax ability and more complex skill than Acnologia, but Acnologia has invulnerability from any kind of attack.. so, will it work against him or not, we can't decide..
Fairy Tail doesn't really have a Madara equivalent. Zeref is a long term planner, a genius, and has world changing plans, but he doesn't have Madara's personality and fighting instinct. Acnologia loves a good fight and is the strongest, but he's pretty crazy and doesn't plan anything. Both of their motives are different too.

in fact acnologia he laughs at his weak opponents who are fellow human beings, dragons, dragon slayers but in his heart or in his feelings he is saddened by the bad things that happened in his own village and in his family.
Acnologia's build up was what made him my fave character on fairytail but sadly when he was finally used in the story he wasnt on the level the way he was built up
Well Powerwise he was the way they built him up. They only could defeat him but seperate both Dragon and Human Form and the Dragon Slayers need to combine their Power in Natsu to defeat him and it also would be hard for Natsu if he wasn’t stuck thanks to all other Mages in Magnolia combined to trap the Dragon Form. So he is technically still unmatched even compared to the Dragon Gods (well maybe Ignia is the exception we don’t know yet). But yeah his story is kinda lame.
That's a recurring problem in Fairy tail, the Spriggan 12 were also big victims of this. They are built up with lots of hype and announced to be these super invincible wizards capable of wiping out countries on their own. But then they get defeated in super underwhelming ways without achieving anything meaningful. This all could have been solved with better writing, it's a shame
@@djw_tekken8490 Still the Dragon Gods aren’t on Acnologia level. Keep in mind that they need full Ishgar and seperate all Dragon Slayers to defeat him and also trap him that he was stunned before Natsu killed him with the power of 7 Dragon Slayers.

It reminds me of the soundtracks from Naruto Shippuden from around the Kaguya arc, the producer did an amazing job with the ost for both Fairy Tail and Shippuden!

I think that there must have been somthing truly devastating that happend to him in the past not only to make him want to literally genicide a entire race but for his burning hatred to stay so strong 400 years after the task was done a hatred that ran so deep even the dragonslayers had to be wiped out then it must have been horrific I have found myself wondering the little girl he says he couldn't save but would avenge by wiping dragons out the band he carried all those years before destroying it at the end of dc. I wonder if she was his daughter.. Or sister.. Would definitely explain his burning and unforgiving hate of there entire race.
As Fairy Tail ended, I still only have one question; Why did the dragons from the west want to kill all humans? They were all friendly then after searching the west, they all became hostile and bent on destruction, why?
if you payed attention in the arc after grand magic games, mashima explains a lot of plot holes by having hiswe mention how the use of eclipse fucked with reality

Zeref during the final fight with Natsu was powerful. Acnologia gave the word power a new definition. They needed to capture his body on a ship so the Dragon Slayers could defeat his soul. And he beat them all up by himself, one-hitted God Serena...

Ima create my own backstory non canon anime manga using the source material and send it to hiromashama fuck thst guy we need writers who will stick by their work and expand the characters rather than just make a fairy tail rip off. Acnologia had so much potential and so dud 90% of the characters in the series. They just had to go and cancel it. (If im wrong about anything considering im only partly informed then point it out any I take back what i said. )
Madara’s story is deeper, they wasted Acnologia’s story of simply being some dragon doctor, but I like Fairy Tail far more than Naruto because it’s a childhood anime
