I made this recipe but because I froze the gel from the fresh Aloe Vera when blended turned to juice. I added Xantham Gum and made it into a gel plus I added some essential oils. It's brilliant, my hair is so shiny. I made enough to store in the fridge. I have high porosity hair so this will come in handy when I need to moisturize my hair daily.

Negative. Vitamin E is anti oxidant and it itself resists mold, etc. However it's properties do not distribute when mixed/absorbed. You'll still need a preservative to stave off bacteria, mold, yeast, fungi, & mildew. Optiphen is the simple and safest option.
This hair mixture is only meant to last a few days in the refrigerator :) If you have a lot of hair you will use most of it quickly. Share with the fam :)
Can you speed it up a bit, its like you are taking forever just to name the ingredients. No disrespect but others would have showed us the application by the 8th minute!

A suggestion before you add your oils drain the foam from your aloe after blending it’s add glycerin to preserve it longer

I just used aloe Vera plant for the first time and I guess I blended it wrong cuz my hair has chunks of aloe in it but it’s soft af

U have bits left from the jelly so to avoid them getting caught in your hair I recommend straining first before applying to hair

Make sure you strain the aloe pulp. You don't need to wash right away if you strain enough so that it is liquified. Wash beforehand :)
I leave my aloe vera in it is very moisturizing. My hair loves it and I have crazy growth.

If I use the aloe without straining the fiber out, it gets stuck in my hair. How is it that the fiber isn’t trapped in your hair?
Actually that was a mistake. Definitely strain the fiber out :) It totally did get stuck in my hair.
