I'm noticing that I'm having the same problem that a lot of other people are having; the tutorial bug. I couldn't play for most of the launch day because every time I got to the first stage of the tutorial it would freeze after 3 or 4 moves, and no matter how many times I closed or reloaded the app it just kept freezing. I was so excited when the bug-fix update came out because I thought I would be able to play. After the update I actually had hope because I was finally able to pass the first stage of the tutorial, only for the game to start freezing again when I got to the second stage. Some other things that I've seen a lot of people complain about are the Gacha system and how it's difficulty balancing is quite bad, and I've also seen a few people complain about bugs in the actual game stages as well. I think this game has the potential to be a great game, especially for a game that is supposed to display the origins of the Cookie Run franchise, but I think some things (namely the things I've mentioned in my comment) need to be fixed :)
For anyone wondering why they cant play the game its the same issue when Tower of adventures was released, you have to change your device language to English USA
have you try using other app stores? it may not be compatible for you based on google playstore but could work just fine. I have downloaded mine in Taptap and it's just working fine, no glitches.
Hello, my account magically disappeared, I even purchased the pass and entered my rewards before pre-registering for the game, now my account is missing, what happened to me, can I get a refund? ? 
This game is good, but the level balancing is out of wack, im clapping through all the levels and then suddenly the difficulty skyrockets?!?! The gacha system is also trash, like why not have separate gachas for each type of item like the resident gacha, the cookie gacha and the decor gacha! With the cookie gacha being the most expensive and the decor gacha being the most cheap. Also there are TONS OF BUGS! i haven’t experienced all the bugs but there are SOOOOO MANY… i also hate that witchberry is locked pretty much behind a paywall and a 3 week window. All problems aside, this theme sets the mood of the game perfectly! I’ll defo be listening to this while drawing!
Oh boy what a fun and interesting game! I sure hope it doesn't have the worst Gacha system in a Cookie Run game yet with horrible diffuclty balancing-
