No, they do not. Few systems use E2EE. Most services use TLS, which is Encryption In Transit, some services use encryption on client, and some use encryption on server. Even if they did, not every form of E2EE is made equal. Look at the difference between Twitter's Private Messages, and an actually decent service, like Signal. Even if they do use E2EE, that doesn't mean they're not prone to cyberattacks, which is the whole point of this video. Also, no, IPv6 and I believe (less sure on this one) 5G has little/nothing to do with encryption.
@@madness1931 You are unfamiliar with the technical documentation of the new systems. Full and strong encryption, like NSA level strength, is standard. Huawei have a 5G system with works with the Harmony O/S which is secure and uses a microkernel architecture. China has very advanced telecoms and a far more sophisticated 5G system than we get over here. My theory is they are rattled because it is too secure, so they can't eavesdrop. US computer systems are full of security flaws. There is a flaw even in the mobile phone system SS7.
@@Andrew-rc3vh Using a Microkernel has nothing to do with this kind of security. Its security by minimalism, using a more modular Kernel approach. Again, nothing to do with E2EE, with it being a completely different kind of security. HarmonyOS is also based on AOSP (the Android Open Source Project). Whether it uses a Microkernel (like you suggest) or a Multikernal (like others have said), it again, has nothing to do with E2EE.
@@madness1931 It's for any electronic device that can spare 128k of RAM to run the kernel, so developers get a standard system that is secure to a very high standard. You should be able to see how that would be a lot more secure than a far more complicated system where parts are developed by third parties. The firm uses 5G to control large industrial plants so it is not going to have security vulnerabilities. It's the Western systems which are shoddy, hence why they are easy to hack. I mean in China the internet is fast and reliable. Far better than the US 5G system which is really only 4.5G. They want to standardise everything under one protocol.
