Here again after the Grammys! To those who are new, Lay is a Chinese singer, actor, producer, dancer, and song writer! He is most known as being a member of South Korean-Chinese boy group EXO that debuted in 2012. He is also the last Chinese member after 3 of the members left the group due to issues. Lay was also a child star when he was a kid before moving to South Korea to train! He trained for about 4 years before his debut. At this day, he has accomplished so much with his music and also has gone through so much by releasing his own music and being a part of EXO. I hope you guys who are new can listen to LAY’s music and also EXO’s.
Also, Lay has not been participating in Exo activities as much because of political issues between China and Korea. There’s been a lot of rumors saying he is gonna leave EXO but that’s not true. LAY is also an ambassador for the Communist Youth League of China for his hometown (Changsha) so he is still very limited in his activities in Korea.

Logically, when u are holding such title u have limitations in any promotions of KPOP music as a whole in connection to the issue. NCT china line (WAYV) are already promoting in China although there are 2 members left promoting in Korea (technically they are still in 18-19 yrs old and they dont have any political position in China). China-Korea issue is politically-related and EXO Lay is included.
