- Hey UA-cam, here is episode 2 of the Colorado trip series highlighting Sun Valley Lanes! Please enjoy!
Great bowling alley located in Lincoln, NE. This place seems really well maintained, and I had a great time! Lanes were comfortable to bowl on. Place is also clean. Definitely, check this place out!

Love The Strike And Spare Indicators At The End Of Each Lane!
I believe these machines are fully upgraded to 70XLI's, they're def upgraded to 70XL's if not (not much you can tell from up front, I just know about Jon and the center a bit). Jon Losito owns SVL, a great mechanic himself His centers are palaces! I believe the table (and there's a few other 82/30 parts/assemblies in there) are the 30's they removed LONG ago to put the 82/70s in, they kept a few things to decorate with. Nice pricing too, he knows how to fill his lanes for sure, great owner and guy. The first sanctioned 900 was shot there in SVL, 1997 IIRC, Blue Pearl C300 Pulse, Jeremy Sonnenfeld. I was told that the ball used is on the wall of the bar? (Proshop if not). Another tidbit I didn't know for years was that 900 was in a tourney across 3 pairs of lanes. That's INSANE! 15/16 17/18 19/20 if memory serves. Really happy to see that center still striving and with a good amount of bowlers, awesome vids as always! :)
I think when you moved lanes some or all of those pins were Max Lifes! Def some (if not all) synthetic pins in there, I hear that awful sound they make LOL AND you did 4-9, so that's another sign to me of evil synthetic pins lol
Thanks Rep! Yep this center is in tip top shape with great customer service! I've never heard of an 82-70XLi pinspotter. I usually thought that was associated with 82-90s. I did have a difficult time classifying them due to the clean rake drops.
And yep you were right about the Max-Life pins. I saw they had a pair of lanes equipped with them and had to give them a try. The girl running the desk was nice to transfer me to that lane :)
@@PinDominator Awesome! Not surprised the customer service was good, I mean I dunno Jon personally, but I know he knows the business inside and out. 90's were released in XL then XLI packages, but really just back end improvements/simplifications, like I said really no way to even know from up front about the upgrades for 70's, if not for the insights I read/heard I would never know lol. Jon is tight with QAMF so he always has a lot of brand new things in his center. Love your vids man, I always loved being able to visit new centers! :)
Drkulas has that same kind of lighting on the lanes
Hyper bowling! We have it at Columbus Square Bowling Palace.
Yes they do! And so does a place in new Richmond Wisconsin with only 12 lanes!
Drkulas is a good center with 82-70s
It was a little busy due to it now being summer and school is out. Great video and it had a strike and spare indacodor lol
Didn't they host the US Open in 2020?
I think so
This place reminded me a bowling alley that was permanently closed by bad reviews such as no oil and the place name is also similar to here ‘SF Strike Bowl’
Do you know which part of Colorado you'll end up in first?
You'll see next week ;)
@PinDominator I'm a Coloradan and I'm trying to help you find nearby alleys during your trip.
@@Dbowls alright. I'll first stop in Sterling, and I'll continue down the interstate until Denver.
There is one called Ice Lanes that is located in Sterling. In Denver, there are a few such as Crown Lanes and Bowlero Cherry Creek. Afterwards if you can, head up to Lakewood or Wheat Ridge as there are places such as Holiday Lanes, Bowlero Wheat Ridge and Bowlero Lakewood. If there are any other cities you plan on visiting. Explain where at the end of your next video. Welcome to Colorful Colorado.
@@Dbowls thanks! Not to burst your bubble my guy, but I had gone on the trip about 2 months ago, so I can't visit them now. Unfortunately, I couldn't visit them all due to time and league schedules. My friend MangleFox helped me pick out centers to visit for there are soo many options with so little time to explore. Some of the centers you listed will be posted however :)
Usually, I don't post these videos in chronological order, so it would be difficult to post what city I'm going next unless it's part of a series such as this video.
Wow, Max-Life pins are already going to centers
Yessir, this video was recorded a few months ago too.
That Long!!!!
They have 82-90’s there. They had Max Life pins in sounded like Amf to me. Oh I see now you moved lanes to the Brunswick Max life pins.
Are you throwing a Storm Super Nova
Yep, great ball 👍
@@PinDominator I have one too and I love it
Me to
Fancy place
