I am familiar with all of those slieghts, and I think your performance was really creative. The suprise at the end distracts them from any problems you may have had. You just need to practice palming the coin a little more naturally. I like your ideas! :)
I think its a great trick, not seen the scam school one but I can work out the quality, I do like Brian, but all in all for all his faults (that he clearly stated throughout) it is a nice routine that could potentially blend into a 3 fly, in fact my 3 fly ending is in spectators hands, I like the transition: From closed hands, to fingertips, to spec hand! This is a great trick I've practiced it and its seems great. But my only problem is that when im standing up and at the end where (spoiler) you put all 3 coins into your pocket you hear the coins hitting multiple times ( the last one for false transfer). Any ideas how to not make it ruin the trick???
You could say at the end "and the third coin goes into the pocket with all the rest" Or something along those lines. Up to that point the spectators 'see' you put two coins into your pocket. So its only natural when the 'third' goes in it may hit the others. Also work on dropping them into your pocket so that all three coins drop simultaneously so there isn't too many multiple hits.
Put more coins in your pocket. Start with a handful of coins out, e.g. 6, take 3 out and palm 1. Put the other 2 back. It also makes it realistic when you stick the last coin back in the pocket because it makes a clink noise.

cover the back of the coin with tape then cut around it with and x acto knife ( or any knife that will cut it) also you can cover the two sides
