    I just started the first story, and i'm going to assume that by "waking up next to E.Honda" author means that she executes an unavoidable, + on block headbut at the morning. That's the kindest interpretation i can think of.

    The God is Watching story just... is sad. Author is an awful person. It wasn't even funny, just sad.... That was a kid that just got screwed in a game we're supposed to be a community in. Just gross.

    Shadow Fissure cost me mine too lol. We cleared up to KT and were doing fine, and a rogue guildie with a really bad PC had his settings turned down so low the fissures barely showed up and he just didn't see it. RIP. We never went back and got the title.

    After i watched some true crime docus and for what some ppl murder others in most horrific ways, that guy showing up in the church would have creeped me out so hard! ^^ Then getting the fathers login info and ruining his account seems dangerous after that church thing! ^^

    Genuinely annoyed while listening to the first story because everything the guy complained about regarding is girl is literally what I'm looking for. Like c'mon man. Be happy with what you have. If I start dating someone who loves Kpop and enjoys doing the dances I'll fall in love

    I hate that first story's ending, you know that poor kid got the belt for this.
    (I do not condone physical discipline but since this dad apparently is religious I have no doubts he does it)

  • @Zonalar
    @Zonalar 9 місяців тому +13

    The "god is watching" episode, so many people spamming "RED FLAG". But seriously? You're a dad and your 8 year old kid is getting abused by two shitheads. He definetly didn't handle it the best way by cussing like a sailor at these two, but I can absolutely respect the move to talk to the pastor. People might think it's weird, but how is this any different to seeking out a mediator to settle a dispute between two parties?

    • @villail
      @villail 9 місяців тому +10

      Yes, it is massively different compared to settling a dispute in real life. A mediator is someone both parties seek out to talk/work together with, at the same time. To solve a dispute. He did none of that. At the very least, both sides are aware someone is speaking on behalf of the other party when a 3rd party gets involved.. This is only a few steps away from hiring a hit man to come find you. Obviously the dad didn't, and most likely was doing this as a scare tactic.
      The kid wasn't being abused, he was being trolled online (and hearing swear words) and while I agree Author and his friend were absolute shitheads - straight up tracking someone down via phone # and name, going through their social media, to know where they live, where they go, and then contact their priest in their community and tell them to speak with / at them is way over the line. That's essentially the definition of stalking. Don't think it's that bad? Reverse the situation and it was the idiots (the author) tracking down what the dad's kid does, it goes well beyond what you should do in this situation.
      Further more, the dad knew of them on skype, (through the calls) he could have easily tried talking to them again, blocking them entirely on WoW and or skype, muting, etc. In general, being much more of an adult in seeking a resolution. The dad 100% should not be letting an 8 yr old play online, ALONE, and unsupervised. The dad runs a guild and knows how the WoW world works, so him not taking precautions for something like this is ridiculous. Both parties are at fault here, but the dad did not behave how an adult should.

      I'd assume his audience is filled with the very people who would or have don't things like this. Praising the author for all the shit he did is a sign of that to me.

    • @t0zu
      @t0zu 9 місяців тому +3

      One party consists of two teenagers who trolled someone in a video game with no real harm done and the other party is an adult who tracked down a minor in real life.

    For the 2nd story I feel like taking online beef offline is taking it a step too far, him looking the author up and finding his church and his local area and then reaching out to the pastor, is insane lol
    I think he got what he deserved after that, I was on his side until the father took it offline

    • @weatheredseeker

      Literally all he did was tell someone that the kid was bullying an 8 year old. How is that a step too far

      @@luckybreadchop what makes it wild? The distinction between playground bully and video game bully is what? The expectation of zero accountability or consequence? If that's the difference, is that really something we should value above all else?

    Not sure I believe anyone had a PC with 256mb ram in 2008, doubting that story, sounds like BS. Any pc that old wouldn’t go from unplayable to playable just by doubling the ram

      Its real i had 128mb of ram back then on our family pc but it was made in 2003. but i got a laptop with higher specs in 2008 but sometimes i still had to use that pc from 2003 as a backup until 2011. it could play runescape and the sims but runescape stopped working after an update in 2010 .many people kept using their older computers as long as possible. my school computers were even worse they were still running 2000 or 98 because they didn't have the minimum requirements for xp. i am not sure how much ram they had probably only 32 mb or 16mb. i know when i first went to school in the late 90s they had no computers at all i heard some fancy schools already had them in the 80s but i think this is a lie. then in 2000 they got computers that were high tech at the time but never upgraded until they all broke down .when i graduated high school in 2013 they finally got rid of the pre windows xp systems but most of them still couldn't handle vista or windows 7.

    • @justin-md4xm
      @justin-md4xm 9 місяців тому

      @belstar1128 that's not the reason it's not real. It's the dancing that caused his death. People think of something funny and build a story around it.

      @belstar1128 9 місяців тому +1

      @@justin-md4xm i commented before i watched the video. but i noticed a trend were people romanticize the past and make it appear more high tech. and that people all had the newest tech as soon as it was invented. but in reality most people were using older stuff .and were sceptical of new things that we take for granted now.
