Once my sister-in-law told me about one of these shows and what it really meant. She later recanted the explanation but I can't help but feel that it had to be true. This is with regards to The Smurfs. The Smurfs are actually the spirits of dead babies that live in the forest and are hunted by witches and warlocks for magical purposes. This is why Gargamel is friends with a witch who he competes with and uses a cat as they are believed to be able to see the spirits of the dead. He is a warlock. This is why they are all blue skinned and wearing little bonnets like what is first put onto a babies head after birth. Another theory I've heard was that Alf was a parody full of negative stereotypes about Jewish culture and what it would be like to instantly integrate them with Christians. In the cartoon this seems to be more implied by the presence of regular stereotypes, like Gypsies etc., on his home world of Melmac, which even sounds Jewish.
The Gilligan's Island one was directly said by Sherwood Schwartz. Not a theory, but part of the show's DNA. Though Lovey is gluttony and Gilligan is sloth.
Side theory to the count, the bats in his lair are the former children from sesame Street, that episode of him counting the bats was him counting his trophies.
Yes, I remember that one!!! I always found it to be disturbing & nonsensical, that ALF saw it, but Willie didn't!!! Idk why the writers even put that in the episode! It makes you wonder if there really were other Melmacians stranded on earth.
Love most of these, but find a few to be ridiculous, like the Fresh Prince one. Especially love the Bayside being fictional one. That one actually has some merit to it. I've long wondered myself what happened to Miss Bliss, & why Zack was suddenly able to do things like talk to the audience, & freeze time, etc. The Smurfs one makes alot of sense, too, but i've always found the bigger mystery about the Smurfs to be, why are they all mostly male?? Also, the Scooby Doo one is very intriguing, but I'm a bigger fan of the theory that Scooby himself isn't real, but a figment of Shaggy's imagination. Also, the one about Shaggy & Scooby being stoners, lol. The one that makes the most perfect sense is Jessica Fletcher being the true murderer on Murder She Wrote, lol. I have my own interesting theory about ALF. What if everything ALF told the Tanners about Melmac was all a lie, except for it blowing up, which was confirmed in the '96 tv movie. After all, ALF is the only source of info about everything we learn about Melmac. Also, he did confess to lying about Melmac, in the episode Night Train, where he confesses to lying about supposedly climbing the flat Mount Floppy. Also, what the hell was up with that one scene, at the end of "alone again, naturally", where ALF supposedly imagines seeing another Melmacian, in a car, that drives right by???
Do you know of any other conspiracy theories or dark secrets related to 70's. 80's or 90's TV Shows? Thanks for watching.

I "starred" on Murder She Wrote....well, I was an extra in an episode, but that brief bit makes me feel like a star😜
Great Video. Looking forward to seeing more from this channel.
How is clumsiness related to gluttony? Gluttony is overeating.
Yeah, he clearly missed the mark on that one! 😂😂😂
My favorite is that Scooby takes place during an economic depression.
These theories must be made by Gen Z or others who have ENTIRELY too much time.
I've never known/worked out the Cabot Cove murder stats, but I've always jokingly called the show 'Murder She Did In Her Spare Time...'
A snooki, wasn't a legitimate character...
She was a drunken 304, specifically sent to planet earth, to kill rock and roll.
I've been saying for YEARS that she was the killer!!! Everywhere she goes she gets involved in a murder!!! I call it She Kills Everyone!😂😂😂
Side theory to the count, the bats in his lair are the former children from sesame Street, that episode of him counting the bats was him counting his trophies.
What a load of bollocks.
I am actively dumber for having watched.
Bruv!
Hmmmm so is LOST a reboot of Gilligan’s Island?
Zack Morris is DEADPOOL. FOURTH WALL AND ALL.
To be honest, I didn't watch Bayside School (Saved by the Bell) at the time because of Zack Morris' character...
Great video 🙂
I saw the Count and clicked
Good video
Scooby doo one i heard is there in a post apocalyptic world
Mere imagination, except for the Fresh Prince and Zach ones. Same goes for Ferris Bueller's Day Off.
Imagination,...yes...that's all it is..
remember when Alf was riding in the car and looked over and saw a female of his kind?

Very stupid! Nothing made sense or even came close!
Ironic that a lunatic would say that
I don't know what I was thinking when I clicked on this mess but this is sad...
Interesting 🤔
