Nice. For me, the pure acoustic sound through the microphone feels more authentic, but I can see the attraction of the pickup.
Thinking about getting this.
How does it match up with an acoustic guitar unplugged?
I mean if 2 people are playing acoustically with a regular acoustic guitar and this acoustic mini bass, is it loud enough to be played together? Will it blend good enough , loud enough to play along with a regular acoutic guitar?
Playing at long and McQuade I don’t think it will be loud enough, maybe if the guitarist plays quietly though
How does it sound beside a small guitar? say a Baby Taylor or 1/2 size Denver? For that matter a mandolin or Uke? A bass is not something one plays solo very much, normally along with other instruments. How does it compare to a bass uke? I suspect the biggest part of the package very quickly becomes the amp...
It'll hold up against a 1/2 size acoustic guitar or mandolin or uke. It's much louder than a bass uke (with rubber strings).
