If you don't know, Mike Conley has NEVER fouled out. No flagrants. No suspensions. Zero fines. No technical fouls in over 34,000 mins/17 years in the NBA. Chuck is right in saying he is underrated. Just because he doesn't make headlines doesn't mean he's a bad player, Conley is as cool as you can get in the NBA.
Real hoopheads know. Memphis Grit and Grind Grizzly Vet.
Bro Mike conley is a problem in 2k
No technical fouls is wild. Even Tim Duncan had like 10 and Kawhi has one.
So true he is a Pros Pro.
I think he got one or a flagrant. It was unintentional tho. They made a big deal about it on the broadcast
Suns: We have 2 Superstars and 1 MVP
TWolves: We have Jaden McDaniels
Raptors: We have his brother Jalen McDaniels
@@justanobody0 Raptors: 15 game loosing streak
Yeah Beal ain't a superstar haha
Hawks: we have his brother Jacob Mcdaniels
they have one superstar
I think the Minnesota Timberwolves have Jaden mcdaniels
😂😂
They do?? I missed that part. Can I get a time stamp?
Time stamp
Huh?
I love how Shaq and Chuck dont know like 95% of the players names 😂
At some point we need to make that embarrassing for them tbh
Others, stars, & super stars 😢
@@andyj952they don’t care what us fans think lol.
They are causals especially Shaq
I don't blame em. Most of us don't know 90% of player names either. Everyone just knows the superstars or the players who are "it" at that moment. The rest just fizzle away into obscurity. You want to be remembered? Play better.
2:41 Ant dapping up the ref when he's showing him where to inbound the ball is peak comedy to me 😭😭
Dap from the ref is crazy💀
Salty suns fan spotted😂
@haise126 It is crazy tho 😂
@@DaveyjdigitalThe ref was just telling Ant where to go for the inbounds ant dapped him up messing around
Ant would a dapped Beal after the block - crazy Alpha Sunshine - gets you laughing while he gets his bag.
Should be a technical foul
They literally shut down all three of phoenix first options lol
And booker said they can’t be guarded
Chuck was on point, this team needs a PG. Those guys should be finishing instead of initiating their offense
That’s always been the key to beating Phoenix. That or expose their defense.
@@MoralesCornerreally do. The fast break where Booker had KD wide open for a dunk, he was confused whether to score or pass lol, chose to score and got blocked 😂
That’s what phx gets for not having a bench

Chuck: IDGAF
Go Redbirds!!!!
Minnesota squad is so deep, reid mcdaniels conley always in action.
NAW
Naz ried hasn't played well in both games. Kyle Anderson plays well but been kept put so far, yea I guess defense and depth matter in the NBA, maybe suns and mavs should learn.
@@WaveRider1989naz is playing good if you watch the games he just playing a different role now
Btw reid won 6th man award 😅
Don't forget NAW
Suns ain't a team, they're a collection of players who barely played together. Nobody's winning anything like that.
Yeah, well Kevin Durant is the one who’s tried to establish super team after super team after leaving the Warriors, so this is what he gets. On the verge of another disappointing finish post Golden State, and before Golden State.
@@Riles3152 I feel what you're saying, and I've always said going to the GSW was the biggest punk move ever. I also think KD is the only guy who actually played all season and is showing up now though. Where are Beal and Booker? Perhaps it's karma, but I find it hard to blame KD for the Nets and Suns failures.
Facts
@@comradeyellow6781 I honestly believe Beal and Booker are being exposed. I’ve long believed that Beal was overrated and just basically a great stats on bad team guy. Booker however, is who I’m really disappointed in. I think if the suns are going to reach their potential, Booker has to be the best player because KD is going on 36 and in his 17th season. To me, even though he’s still a very good to great player, I think he’s on the downside of his prime at this point.
It's not only that but a lack of not having a point guard. It's been amusing watching them play without one. It was a horrible idea from the start singing another iso player in Beal without a PG.
Isn't EVERY team in trouble if they fall behind 0-2 in a playoff series? You have to win 4 out of 5 remaining against a team that just beat you twice. That sounds like trouble to me.
I hope it’s trouble
If any higher seed lost home court already (Bucks) the story would be “Are they in trouble now that they’ve lost home court advantage?”. I feel like early in a series you’re supposed to win at home. It gets real later in a series when your opponent knows everything you’re gonna do because they studied you so much and you have to rely on experience, energy, and ability to beat them.
agreed with above. one team is in trouble for every possible scenario of 2 first games.
Not necessarily because playoff teams are expected to defend home court. Phoenix can win both home games and then series is two two. Your in trouble if your the team with home court advantage and drop a game at home like the clippers and bucks
0-2 is not a death nil in the NBA.
Rarely does the vastly superior team fall behind 0-2, but it can happen. (Not saying that is the case here, though.) But if the teams are relatively even in talent, size, and contract configuration, then 0-2 can be overcome, sometimes in an overwhelming manner.
Championship level sports is about exhaustion and attrition. Those two variables, by nature, don't show up until game 3 and beyond.
In this case though, Beal and Durant are aging, and Booker is suspect on a playoff level, and the Wolves are young, big, and balanced, so these results are probably accurate. Durant/Beal still play great, but don't have the "stuff" to play thru the younger, more athletic teams, for seven games. The fact is also that Durant has never proved himself championship impactful. His reputation has been built on the fact that he glommed onto a team that was at a proven championship level prior to him arriving.
The injuries to Nurkic and Allen are probably the final nails in the Sun's playoff coffin.
Suns were in trouble the moment they signed Bradley Beal.
Right.. that trade didn't even look good on paper 😂
Last year they lost in 6 to the nuggets. Couldn’t just run it back. What do you suggest they did differently?
Sell the team to the Chinese
@@Justaguynobodyimportant They bout to lose in 5 to the Timberwolves.
@Justaguynobodyimportant problem with sun's is they got 3 stars known for offense but lack of defense against a team whose has better defense with offense.
Again, it shows that basketball is actually a TEAM sport… 🤷🏼♂️😇

It's a young man's game. LeBron is an anomaly but after 35 your usually cooked
Even when Antman isn't dominating (like game 1 for example), this Wolves squad is STILL really fun to watch and they've been an amazing defensive team all season.
Not only did he not dominate he shoot poorly from the field and Twolves were a 12 point favorite. Even when ant has a bad game they still on top. I feel a sweep
I think the wolves will sweep the suns
Dpoy Rudy is why they are great on d
The Suns did a good job on D vs Edwards tonight - McD really took them on.
Love how Edwards turned it into a steals and blocks night.
Hope Booker doesn't start pulling people out of the air, like he did with Schroeder in playoffs . Maybe Durant and Beale will let him know how much injuries ruin a career.
G Allen seems to have really shaped up as a good defender without dumbA$$ fouls - too bad he turned his ankle, great 3 % this year.
Ant-man is overrated and inconsistent 🤷♀️.
Phoenix out there flopping like they’re sea creatures out of water.
Sadly flopping usually don’t work in Playoff, just ask Embiid 😂😂😂

The funniest thing on this highlight is the ref shaking Anthony Edward's hand at 2:42 😂

@@AshtonGraves-zo2cicant wait until they play him next game and he gets cooked
bol bol is so mid
People can say what they want about Durant but, where is Booker? I think he’s a great player but people have been calling him the best shooting guard in the league for a while now and his performance in this years playoffs has been extremely subpar.
To be fair, there’s not alot of SG depth in the league currently. The position is kinda becoming obsolete. If you can’t get 7-8 assists and move to the pg or play great defense you’re just a role player. With that said, Edwards has surpassed him as top SG
He’s getting shutdown by seatbelt mcdaniels trust me we all see him out there.
@CJGrae I agree with you on a lot of the points you made. Where do you rank my guy Spida Mitchell? He's gotta be a top 3 SG
The Kendall curse
Booker has a losers mentality, I don't think he'll ever win a chip as one of the main options. He spends time crying over non calls instead of getting back on defense or staying composed. Edwards is already a more mature player than he is lol
2:42 somebody hit they parlay 😂
Probably for under 18 points 🤢
inbound spot
Huh
@@turzyn40the ref seemed to give Edwards a five.
that ref is a crook😁
Phoenix is like what the Clippers were during the chris paul era; all hype, no substance. Booker is their Paul.
You can tell Shaq's respect for Gobert is growing.
"man, that guy been the most underrated player in the league for 20 years" - Chuck on Mike Conley, churchhhhhhhh
Funny how it just depends on where you are...
Unless Phoenix can find a way to keep Minnesota off the offensive boards, I think it’s gonna be really tough for them to win this series. Both Allen and Nurkiç are hurt, so that makes it even more difficult for them to win a couple of games
Bol bol bol time
Somebody make sure to give KD a hug we all know how precious he can get, maybe you shouldn't have traded away some of the best defenders to stack up on offense.... dummies.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂laughing alot. Hindsight bias right here.
The most impressive thing about that game to me was how composed Ant was. Even in a game where he couldnt get them to fall he was still having such a big impact on defense and with his play making. If thats how the Suns look when hes at his worst, they're in big trouble
I know im not the only one that saw that ref dap up ant edwards @ 2:44 lol
Minnesota playin like they been here before
Two first round exits in a row might do that to you

Why tf isn't the Phoenix Suns playing Bol Bol???
Durant: 6-15, 0-2
Beal: 6-17, 2-4
Booker: 6-13, 1-6
Nurkic 5-11, 0-1
Allen had 3 pts before he got injured. Eric Gordon was probably the best player on the suns tonight and he came off the bench. Suns went to the line more than the mavs game 1 and 11 times less in game 2. They let the game slip out of their hands after halftime
That's called exhaustion.
@@qt3dot14ish it’s called poor performance. Poor rotation by the coaching staff for not using their bench properly, poor defense and poor shooting. Can’t use the ‘exhaustion’ excuse when it’s clearly numerous issues outside of exhaustion they’ve been having both games
I like how chuck says my suns 😂😂😂😂
Shaq try not to say others challenge
The Pheinox Suns aren't in trouble. That would imply they had a shot against the Timberwolves. This series is OVER before it started. Having no point guard really shows how dysfunctional Pheinox's offense truly is. That is what happens when an 8 year old designs a team.
That background music is fire!
these beats in the background are hard
I like Jaden he don’t play no games he don’t care who you is or what you done he wants smoke
Do the guys watch the games sometimes? 😳 always seem to discover the games with the highlights…
Bruh why tf KD take only 15 shots and booker 13 like both of them need to take 25 shots cause they gonna get swept like what are they doing
Because they are both aging, AND the Wolves have a HUGE, DEEP, EFFICIENT, YOUNG, ATHLETIC, team, that is playing in total sync.
6:44 what typa stat is that
Respect Gobert
As much as ant getting credits, Mike Conley is the real superhero here. Truly underrated
Jaden McDefense!!! That man is a silent problem for any shooter.
Thank u charles i been saying that all season about a point guard
Anthony Edwards wants to win and has that killer instinct (he's a hybrid Kobe Bryant + Allen Iverson). He showing more passion for the game and in his team than the Milwaukee Bucks' Damien Lillard.
Phoenix isn't in trouble. That would imply they actually have a chance😂
I missed the crew during the college basketball coverage!!
Phoenix was in trouble when Grayson Allen threw that elbow. He knew they couldn’t match up with em, went back to his old ways
The problem with suns is that they hardly ever played together healthy. There's no chemistry and Beal is not the Beal of old. Can say the same about KD. They blew their only chance to win it back when they let the bucks come back in the finals.
Which minute in the video was this?

Chuck : “leave booker alone”
Shaq : “stop it”
Glad he didn’t let that soft talk slide 😂
PHX has no bench whatsoever so they can call it a series.
Ref dap is legendary
These classic jerseys and court are so beautiful. Much better than the modern ones.
As a die hard wolves fan I’m so grateful KAT took the back seat this szn offensively and let ANT,Jaden & Naz go to work that was the main issue KAT wasn’t letting these guys flourish as players but now he took a step back for the team and it helped a lot
The reason people think the series is over is not because they are down 0-2, it's because of how they lost the games, by being worn down and dominated in both 2nd halves and not being as deep or versatile with respect to scoring. The Suns had a chance up 8 in the 2nd quarter to extend their lead and put some actual game pressure on the wolves and create some doubt. The lead disappeared and it was 1 point game at half. At that point, I felt the momentum shifted and the timberwolves have been a great 3rd quarter team all season, that's usually when they create separation on the scoreboard and that has been true so far in both games. Suns played decent both first halves, but it's a 4 quarter game and they ran out of gas both times and that happened with KAT in foul trouble, reid and edwards both having off nights and the timberwolves won comfortably by 12. Yes, the Suns will play better at home, but the timberwolves have just clearly been the better overall team so far.
I swear amtman does remind me and I said remind I didn't say he is but he reminds me of MJ in alot of ways man he really does 💯
Chuck: “Mike Conley been da most underrated guy in the nba for the last 20yrs” 😂 Bigg facts tho

GUYS U THE BEST
The Phoenix Suns DON'T have three nuclear weapons. The Phoenix Suns only have ONE elite NBA player (Kevin Durant). It's the point guard and shooting guard responsibility to breakdown their opponent defense so that the offense will come easy by bring out the best in the other guys first. Devin Booker, Bradley Beal, and Eric Gordan don't have an IQ or experiences of an ELITE point guard or shooting guard. The Phoenix Suns owner BIGGEST mistake was keeping Devin Booker on the team after he was one of the reason why the Phoenix Suns lost to the Milwaukee Bucks in the 2021 NBA Finals, and then adding Bradley Beal and Eric Gordan. We have watched Devin Booker, Bradley Beal, and Eric Gordan dribble, shoot, and miss TOO long just to get an NBA pay check.
Beal is overrated. Amazing scorer during the regular season. But not much play off experience. And play off intensity is just a different level. Kudos to the Timberwolves
Showing Ant's statline over Conley's on that final scoreboard is crazy

Rudy fits way better now that he doesn't have to carry everyone like in Utah. They have a new superstar, solid bench and good coach so if KAT melts it doesn't matter too much. He needs to get his act together tho, it's not gonna be easy after 1st round...
Bradley Beale is not a nuclear weapon...more like a battery operated stun gun.
🤣🤣😂
Beal is in a common situation that occurs with players who border on the fringe of the 3rd Team All-NBA achievement, meaning that to get a max contract, one has to have accolades, most notably, selection to one of the All-NBA teams (fifteen players). The players who are on the cusp, fighting for that 13th, 14th, and 15th spot, they never come out of the games in the regular season so as to pad their stats to get that last spot.
The contract position between player 15 and player 16 (who is not on the All-NBA team) can be 40-60 million dollars, or more, over the course of their next contract. When this happens, they play so many minutes, and they play so hard, to get the stats to maybe get that last spot, that they typically burn out their knees and/or ankles trying to get that Max Contract.
This is why it is unwise to sign players to max contracts who had to sell out at this level to achieve that status and salary. (Reference: Kemba Walker)
Chucks best analysis of a game. Spot on
Not sure why this is a surprise. When you bring all these superstar players together, they dont do well until theyve had time to gel.
So IT isn't a serviceable pg?
A 5'9" pg who any defend and has no explisiveness would have nightmares against Minnesota's size
A 5'9" PG who can't defend and lost any and all of his explosiveness would have nightmares against Minnesota's size and athleticism.
He's washed and can only play during garbage time
