At the same time, the target seems to be affected by some kind of illusion of moving to another space, similar to the World of Star Spirits, which confuses the enemy. As soon as the user finishes pronouncing the words of the spell, the lights converge with tremendous force, releasing a powerful stream of Magical power on the target. That's a very powerful attack

And while Hibiki may have kickstarted the Blue Pegasus MVP streak only Lucy could use that spell. To be fair Urano Metria might not be as strong as the infamous Lucy Kick but it's introduction marks the beginning of Lucy closing the power gap between her and the others.
Facts, Lucy is a very good character and her growth in each arc is very nice to see. Waiting for the new season to come out so that she shines much brighter ❤

My main issue with Lucy's character: CONSISTENCY. Some chapters and arcs they'll make her seem like she's one of the strongest and most powerful celestial wizards, but other times she ends being more of a fan service pawn than an actual character for the most part
It's because of her mindset. She's not that strong early on but later she's strong asl. Last 2 arcs she single handedly saves everyone and was ready to go against Natsu. She can hold her own but her growth is insane. You only feel that way because of circumstance. She's still kicking butt. Just crying because something tragic happened or she used up her magic.
