Junior's cheesecake is the best and you can generally find them at Kroger in the freezer section for $10. It has a sponge cake crust rather than graham cracker. The original Junior's recipe is online too and I made it last year for Thanksgiving and Christmas and it was amazing. A pain in the ass, but so worth it!
A nice big bowl of mac and cheese and then some delicious cheesecake...I couldn't imagine a more perfect dinner to end the day! Great to always see your happy beautiful face before the weekend. Stay strong and know we always love you :)

When I grew up every time I would go to my grandma's we would eat Velveeta Mac and cheese, dill pickles, and peanut sandwiches for dinner, this meal reminded me of that♥️

I know this is a while ago but something I learned when I was cooking is that even though grating your own cheese is time consuming if you look at the bags of shredded cheese they are coated in potato starch I guess that’s so they don’t stick together and that’s why they are grainy anyway grating block cheese for mac & cheese is better because it’s always better quality cheese so well done good job
