I think the main issue is the clickbait title. Most people form their opinions solely on that, even if they don’t watch the video. Especially nowadays when everyone judges a book by its cover. Even if it’s a bad product, it’s a step in the product’s lifecycle. BTW using it wrong, you want to use the electric mode in towns, small roads that take the most fuel and on the long road use the engine because that's when you get the most efficiency out of your fuel
