Edit: Also seems to have been a change in how Michael is with his kids/wife, so… maybe in this one it’s that William is back to killing people so he can try to bring back Evelyn and make Alex and Emily immortal too? Dunno, might also be that William killed Evelyn when she was sick, but another bizarre thing is that Elizabeth and maybe even CC don’t recognize Evelyn, which means either something happened to their memories, or this is, like I said, an entirely separate au/universe/version of
