I tried this. It didn't work. The crotch was tight. You need to still account for front and back crotch.

You didn’t add allowance to it , since the jumpsuit is free there is no way the crotch will b tight

@@TGdesigns I added a lot of allowance. But it still packed at the crotch. I added 6 inches below the hip line, that is 4 inches below the normal crotch. I recently made another one where I accounted for the crotch, and it came out beautifully.
Even if you want the front to be one piece, you must at least carve out the back crotch.
